Word classes and verbs In English there are 9 different classes of words, just like in Swedish. In this exercise we are working with 3 of them: nouns (substantiv), verbs (verb) and adjectives (adjektiv).
Note! Watch the presentation before doing this exercise so you make sure that you can tell the difference between the words.

In every sentence there is a noun (N), a verb (V) and an adjective (A). . Mark the words in the sentence so they look like this:
Example: My sister bought a beautiful house. (V) (A) (N)
1. Now mark the words the same way as in the example.
Note! Some of the sentences may include more than one adjective, verb or noun.
a) I love going to the forest, it is very peaceful.
b) Can we buy a bigger house soon?
c) He listens to very weird music.
d) My father is very tall and my mother is very short . e) I have been going to school for a very long time.
