Three memory strageies that have worked great for me are:

A: Listenting over and over to the script or whatever you are intending to memorize.

B: Reading it several times over, and taking it slow. Read one line, cover it with your hand, and try to recite it from memory. Maybe read the whole page 20 times and then try to recite one line at a time. This helps get it stuck in your brain.

C: Review it OFTEN You need to read/review it every day if you want to actaully remember it for long.
