Crackle Crackle, the sound of fresh fallen leaves. Itâs fall, I can tell. Fall is my favorite season because I love the leaves and weather. Canât forget Halloween. So grab your rake and Iâll tell you why fall is my favorite season.
First of all, fall is my favorite season because I love the leaves. They look like a beautiful butterfly, the leaves as the wings. Also I love to jump into them. When I do that I feel as though I could fly. I remember when I used to live in North Carolina I adored the color changing leaves, but that wasnât my favorite. My favorite was to jump in and make leaf angels, and when I walked into the house I had leaves everywhere.
In addition to the fall leaves, I cherish fall because of the weather. I love the weather because itâs just right, not too cold and not too hot. I adore the feeling when you walk in the house and itâs all warm and toasty with a slight smell of chocolate cookies in the oven. âŚLetâs get back on track, so the weather in fall is just right to play in, the cool weather.
Last but not least, I think highly of fall because of Halloween. Halloween is AWESOME because of the candy and costumes. I adore dressing up as different people. I remember last year when I was Velma and I was drop dead gorgeous. I looked almost perfect, and I got a ton of candy. WOW! All kinds too!
Now you know why I value fall. I love the leaves and weather. Canât forget Halloween. Fall is perfect. So whatâs your favorite holiday?
