I WILL GIVE BRAINLIEST (100pt question) Write a five (5) paragraph essay in which you compare a text you have read to modern culture. For example, there are many adaptations of Romeo & Juliet in modern books and TV, and The Odyssey is still being used in different ways today. You may choose which text(s) you decide to compare to a modern counterpart.

You should compare several aspects of the text to your modern equivalent including specific events that occur in the timeline of the text, themes you noticed or studied, and important characteristics embodied in the text by characters or places.

Make sure your essay includes an Introduction with your thesis, three Body paragraphs with direct evidence and quotations (properly formatted with quotation marks, author’s last name and page/line number) from the texts, and a Conclusion that gives your final thoughts and nicely sums up your essay with a bold final statement. Keep in mind that paragraphs are a minimum of 5 sentences each.
