this year. He was not going to let it slip by this year. He had to win for coach. "Up. Down. Up. Down. Don't quit." Usually these were the words
that coach would yell at him. For a moment Noel glanced at the empty stool Coach would sit on when he cheered him on. He thought about
how Coach would never sit on that stool again. Noel let go of the bar and felt a pain in his chest that had nothing to do with his exercises.
After a nod to the stool, he dropped to the floor and did push-ups. "Up. Down. Up. Down. This is for us. This is for you." Based on the
