According to the recording, what are “melatonin” and “serotonin”?

Melatonin is a hormone generated at night that helps to regulate the body's circadian clock. Melatonin  regulates the whole sleep/wake cycle, whereas serotonin is more engaged in waking, initiating sleep, and REM sleep.

In a nutshell, melatonin helps you go asleep while serotonin helps you feel alert when you wake up. Sleeplessness and even insomnia can be caused by a lack of melatonin, but sadness and lethargy might be caused by a lack of serotonin.

the heroic deeds carried by him later in his life also prove the heroic character of gilgamesh. for example hi battle with the ultimate beast humbaba is a proof of his bravery and characteristic heroism. gilgamesh was warned about the beast as the text says about humbaba “whose roar is a flood, whose mouth is fire, whose breath is death". but with the superhuman strength gilgamesh did the job
