From the very beggining, good manners are considered to be a gentleman's sign. No offense ladies! Records have shown that good manners have yielded positive results in every field possible. Be it business or professional life. Well, how can one inculcate this necessary skill, is a question you all must have right now. And the answer is very simple. Observe! Observe what others are doing that can be improved. Being open to suggestions for improvement can be a way to improve.
