Identify potential barriers in face to face communication at home

I believe that non verbal communication is very important and often can be hard to read for teens and their parents. You do not mean to roll your eyes, but it happens. This is a non verbal cue. Sometimes it is difficult to get what you mean across to someone else in your home. Emotional things happen and this can alter the way you communicate with a mom, dad, or sibling.
