Explanation: It's Alliteration because it repeats the same sounds, and Alliteration is just repeating sounds. The reason he did this? Probably to make it rhyme, it is a poem after all.

It can be alliteration or repetition. I believe it’s repetition, the reason why the poet uses this is to really send the message of working hard and moving forward. By repeating it over and over, the audience understands the poet’s message
