Second, to study hard can train a student to be responsible. The sense of being responsible is more important than any ability. It is because people can spend time to gain knowledge and learn skills, but not the sense of being responsible. If a young man knows his responsibility in school is study hard, in other words, to gain knowledge as mush as he can. We can sure that he knows what he is doing and there is no difficulty for him to learn skills when he really needs to use them.

To sum up, I think study hard in school is much important than gaining ability that relate to a future job.
