Mr. Johnson, we would like to welcome you as our new principal. We hope that you could manage this institution efficiently and lead it to its best standards. To do so, we have noticed some problems stop us from the education that we need to thrive.

The basketball balls are damaged, and the basket ring is broken. As a consequence, our school team has been losing all the matches with other schools for the last two years. Even though the physical education teacher uses different techniques to train students, it is hard to improve without the proper materials.

The next problem that we phase daily is the condition of the hallways. They are dirty since there are not enough trash cans to keep the school clean. Besides, the ones that are, are always full, and litter accumulates around the trash cans.

We hope that your experience and knowledge can improve our school conditions to make the school a better place, where all the students can have the education they deserve.
