By making new discoveries, and new inventions about space exploration and ocean exploration. “The world is a glass overflowing with water.” “Ode to enchanted light,” By Pablo Neruda he is telling us that there is much more than we know. Ocean exploration is about making discoveries, searching for things that are unusual and unexpected.
