What is the point of view and elements of this diary entry?

the only time i had a difficult time would be when my best friends and i of 9 years got into an argument. now we are not friends anymore, and now she's hanging out with people she shouldn't, and that's hard for me because i love her and i want her to be my friend. but she is hanging out with people that she or i should either. i'm still having trouble with forgiving her and just letting it go, and every time i think about her or about the situation i start shaking and wanting to cry. but i also know if we were meant to be friends that we would be because i know god has a plan for my life and maybe that plan doesn't involve her at the moment.
