Is it is that the  readers know that nurse is excited to assist juliet because she is the only one that knows about her plan to not go to the wedding because she had already got secretly married to romeo. also, she wants to get nurse involved, therefore she says this in kinda code language because she isn't really going go the wedding! she is also asking what clothes would best suit a wedding but also for her to 'die' in so she looks pretty.

The answer here is that the nurse may have been excited to assist juliet.

this is true because the nurse knew about juliet's departure and was happy to assist her. 
she may have missed the nurse but that is not what is intended in the phrase she says where she asks the nurse what she may need for tomorrow. it is not that juliet is misleading the nurse either because she is asking an honest question, and it is not that juliet plans to obey her father, because she does not plan to. she would rather die than marry the man she was planned to.
