Those in need are not capable of helping themselves. We should use resources, we are always looking for a way to climb out of poverty. Currently, any individual may be a chance of poverty throughout the bills we sent to the citizens to improve our state as it is. Neary millions of Americans go to work yet still live below the average life of one in a rich house. For the fact the wage is low.
