We can define procrastinating as a behavior to postpone something we have to solve. This is harmful behavior that can disrupt the well being of people, since not completing the tasks can generate anxiety, discomfort and stress.

The procrastinator fails to do his or her duties when he has available time, missing out on the opportunity to end the service and stay free. He or she also has the habit of giving priority to tasks that he or she prefers and leaving the most important ones for later, besides presenting a random behavior in the way of doing tasks.
