Afarm house of many acres of land near a small city is better than a small house in a metropolitan city?

This could be true or false based on your background and opinions, though I would say that the benefits of living in a small house on large land is greater than the opposing choice. This is so because on large land you could have lots of room to plant crops and you wouldn't need to worry as much about gangs and other things along those lines. Although, in a metropolitan city, all the stores that you need would be within a short drive of your home. You decide which best fits your needs. It really depends on the person.
