Why was china not controlled by dynastic rulers for a period during the third century before the common era

From around 1766 BCE to the twentieth century of the Common Era, China was managed by traditions. An administration is a family that passes control starting with one age then onto the next. An administration does not need to keep going for quite a while. One Chinese administration endured over 800 years while another kept going  just fifteen years.
