King of the Mountain is a children's game. One player, the "king" tries to stay on top

Kids used to play this game. Maybe they still do. We used to play it on a
short hill covered with slick grass, pushing "attackers" away from the top and
making them slide and tumble down.
My old man played it for real one time, in a grocery store version of the
