you’re using a laptop and it falls in to bathtub full of water, you will live. If you’re in a bathtub too, it depends - is the power cord connected to the laptop or is it powered only by battery? If the second, you will live, ’cause the battery will simply burn out (probably with explosion). Li-ion batteries has a very bad relationship with water or steam, so I don’t recommend working NEAR bathtubs too . Still, while it happens, you will have some time to jump out.

90 watt power cord is entirely different matter. You will feel some current going through you, but it’s not too “deadly”. Yet, it is VERY unpleasant.

If you have such questions, I strongly recommend to try it out with somebody, who can pull out a cord if the experience is too much for you. Then you will know for sure, how it is dangerous to play with electricity+bathtub at the same time. Even if it looks fun.
