How do you answer questions? The button isn't coming up. Please Please Please Please Please Please Please Please, please help me.

if the question is already answered then there might not be one but at the bottom of the screen it had I think four options I'd you click on the second one I think you will see where you can answer all different type of questions

When the button doesn't come up 4 you, it means that a lot of people are swamping the question and  already starting to answer it.
