I purchased subscription so I could help my little cousin with his homework. The site did not answer the question and I do not find it useful for the intent and purpose I purchased it for. Before I paid for the subscription it appeared as though the answer was provided but would not be revealed to non-subscribers. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I would like a full refund. I will not be using the site again and have no need for the subscription. Thank you.
