Read the excerpt from a letter about the Minidoka Relocation Center. It was written by Japanese American Kenji Okuda, who was relocated during World War II. Which two statements represent the central idea of the passage?
The camp is still very far from complete. They had to interrupt movement for a week because of lack of housing facilitiesâin fact, the last group of 500 who left had to sleep in mess halls, laundry rooms, and any available bed space. The W. R.A. officials were trying hard enough to have the Army stop the wholesale movementâbut the Army waited until they were absolutely certain that the camp over there could hold no more. There are about 4,500 there nowâand no running hot water as of the latest reports. The sewage and lavatory facilities are still uncompletedâresidents are using outhouses until all construction is completed. The dust out there in the midst of the Minidoka desert, the sagebrush and bugs, must be terrific. Most of the people there suffer from sore throats, and dust storms are terrificâcanât see more than a couple of feet ahead. Many of the residents get nosebleedsâthe fine sand seems to wreak havoc with almost everything. It is entirely possible that if we are there long enough and get water on the soil, we will be able to make a veritable âGarden of Eden.â The first two years will be hardâhow many will be able to live through it and come through triumphant?
A. Housing facilities at Minidoka were inadequate because the camp was overcrowded.
B. The US Army and the War Relocation Authority disagreed over the number of evacuees to be moved into the camp.
C. People in the Minidoka Relocation Center did not even have a place to sleep.
D. Living conditions in the Minidoka relocation camp were poor and unhealthy.
E. It was possible to convert the arid Minidoka desert into fertile farmland.
I know the answer is not A and B. Try your best, please.

Check my grammar: dear mr. peter szulczewskisubject: loyal customerâs complainti visited wish.com last month and found a 2-terabyte hard drive for only $69.99, an alive aquarium piranha fish for $7.99 and an unlocked samsung galaxy s9 phone for $599.99. the price of such quality item got me to buy all three of them thinking it is exactly what the description and pictures shows it be.the items arrived today and i am for giving me an actual samsung galaxy s9 for a low price but i got lied about the two other items, i know it doesn't always happen but we are losing our trust everytime it happens. i got 500gb hard drive and a plastic sardine fish. i thought i saved money but a 500-gigabyte hard drive should only be worth $40 and i am ok that they gave me a plastic fish because it is only $8 but they gave me a sardine plastic fish which is a very uninteresting species of fish and i have no use for it. you again for the phone. i like buying in your website and admire the prices you give to your items. i will not ask for a refund for the fish and hard drive but you should tell your sellers to use a truthful descriptions of their products because if they keep deceiving us, you might lose a lot of loyal customers.sincerely, russell john javierloyal customer

(1) fire extended humansâ geographical boundaries by allowing them to travel into regions that were previously too cold to explore. (2) it also kept predators away, allowing early humans to sleep securely. (3) fire, in fact, has been a significant factor in human development and progress in many ways. (4) other obvious benefits of fire are its uses in cooking and in hunting. (5) probably even more important, however, is that learning to control fire allowed people to change the very rhythm of their lives. (6) before fire, the human daily cycle coincided with the rising and setting of the sun. (7) with fire, though, humans gained time to think and talk about the dayâs events and to prepare strategies for coping with tomorrow. the sentence that expresses the main idea is: (type the number of the sentence. then click âgo.â)
