Scientists have high confidence that global temperatures will continue to
rise for decades to come, largely due to greenhouse gases produced by human
activities (IPCC). With this knowledge we, as a nation, understand that climate
change is an continuous problem that is affecting our planet. As a result of the
temperature increase, our planet can suffer serious impacts that can be
irreversible in the future. Nations should take preventative measures against
climate change because we need to prevent natural disaster, prevent wildlife
extinction, and protect our food security benefits.
