Can someone help me and give your thoughts on just these 2 questions? please respond!

1. I think juries are a good  way to decide if someone is guilty or not because they are the ones who set down all the rules that are made.

2. I feel that kids having social media accounts could be dangerous if we are talking about kids under the age of 11 or even 12. If someone I knew was being bullies through social media and self-harmed, I would definitely feel disappointed in the person who is bulling someone and I would feel the need to help the person being bullied just so they know that just because some random person bullied them doesn't define who they are.

Explanation:

I feel like juries might be good in some cases, such as you know DUI's but for more serious thing I think people might not be so good. Because people who actually commit you know murder don't get convicted until years later. Because you have to convince a judge and sometimes if they aren't so heart felt. Bad people can get away. So why do you need to convince someone to sentence someone who clearly did something bad away.
