DONT MAKE FUN OF ME EITHER... :( Y'all I have a presentation project Monday March 1st...Infront of my classmates...and I have a Social anxiety disorderI'm shy ash..but anyways...My teacher is going to be asking be questions about my presentation .. people will stare at me while I do it... I CAN'T SKIP THAT DAY AND STAY HOME BECAUSE I WOULD GET A "0" and um don't want me grade to be low... 4.) Arrive Early.

5.) Adjust to Your Surroundings.

6.) Meet and Greet.

7.) Use Positive Visualization.

8.) Take Deep Breaths.

I used to get really nervous about public speaking too. Just remember, the people you speak to want you to be good. No body wants to listen to a boring presentation so they are on your side. If you mess up, try to make a quick joke and laugh it off. It helps take the pressure off. Remember to smile and make eye contact.
