In 2005, a team of Indonesian, Australian, English, and American scientists discovered a place deep in the Foja Mountains of New Guinea that remains nearly untouched by humans. The area is so remote that the team had to travel there by helicopter. This isolated corner of the tropical world contains more than forty new species, including twenty new species of frogs, five new butterflies, and one new bird. Scientists have called the area a "lost world" because of the lack of human influence there. When they arrived, the team was surprised by the animals' lack of fear. The animals have had no contact with humans, so they were not afraid to approach the team or enter their camp. Two spiny anteaters even allowed the scientists to pick them up and carry them back to camp to study. The animals' lack of fear made it much easier for the team to observe the animals. For example, the scientists closely observed groups of the golden-mantled tree kangaroo, which is extremely rare and nearly extinct. The team was also able to photograph very rare species of birds for the first time.

The expedition's rich findings are part of a larger series of discoveries in and around Papua New Guinea. Scientists will continue to study the area and work to preserve it. This "lost world" reminds us that Earth is still full of surprises, and its wonders are worth protecting.

Select two reasons that the animals' lack of fear is mentioned in paragraph 2.
1. to emphasize that the animals are newly discovered species
2. to emphasize how unusual the area and the animals are
3. to show how skilled the team was at observing the animals
4. to show how the team was able to observe so many new animals
5. to highlight the importance of protecting the animals

If music be the food of love, play on; give me excess of it, that, surfeiting, the appetite may sicken, and so die. that strain again! it had a dying fall: o, it came o'er my ear like the sweet sound, that breathes upon a bank of violets, stealing and giving odour! now read the excerpt from "the love song of j. alfred prufrock." for i have known them all already, known them all: have known the evenings, mornings, afternoons, i have measured out my life with coffee spoons; i know the voices dying with a dying fall beneath the music from a farther room. what does the phrase "dying fall" most likely mean in both excerpts
