Tom, is Daisy's Husband. He's rude, very cocky, rich, and overall the stereotypical, toxic, masculine figure I would say. He tries to sound smart, but in doing so we figure out he's a racist guy. Daisy, seems naïve, maybe fake as well, trying to cover up how she feels with smiles. I feel as if Daisy and Tom might break up, due to them arguing in the first chapter. Jordan, Daisy's friend, is a golfer. She's a beautiful petite thing who doesn't talk much but seems flirty, who Nick kind of has a thing for her. She's smart, and confident. I would guess Nick and Jordan will get together. Nick is the person we are being told the story by. He is Daisy's cousin, from Minnesota, claiming he doesn't judge people, and doesn't want to misunderstand them. Gatsby, the character we know the least about, is a mysterious, young, handsome man, fascinated with a green light. My guess is that Nick will become more interested in this Gatsby figure and try to learn more about him.
