Individuals with disabilities just want to live their lives like everyone else in society, but with ableism and these other barriers, it can become very difficult. Think of your everyday experiences, like getting to and from classes or work, what barriers that would be in your way if you had a disability involving one of your senses (vision or hearing loss) or with your physical independence? What would be the hardest thing to participate in?

It would be very difficult because there are a lot of people in my middle school. It would be the hardest in P.E in my opinion, because you can't hear or see if there is a ball being thrown at you. You can get hurt.
