1. admendemts have affected our participation in the govement because at first only rich white males were allowed to vote, and then the amendment 15 made it so no one could deny anyone the right to vote based on race, color or previous condition of servatude. which meant that people of color could vote. and then the 19th amendment allowed woman to vote.

2. i would add an amendment where anyone over the age of 13 can vote but they need to take a course so they are prepared to vote because these things affect us and yet we cant vote to change them. this would benifit kids all over the nation cause we could  have a say on things.
