PT! I need help with a sentence to wrap up this paragraph because I don't want to end it in a quote.

One way that physical activity has been proven to boost happiness is by increasing dopamine and endorphin levels, which are commonly referred to as “feel-good chemicals''. Endorphins act on the opiate receptors in the brain. Thus, they reduce pain and produce pleasant feelings in the body. Physical activity also triggers the release of serotonin and norepinephrine. Serotonin is a mood-stabilizing hormone, and norepinephrine helps mobilize the brain for action. It can also boost energy and attentiveness. According to Ryan Collins, “These brain chemicals play an important part in regulating your mood” (1).

Thanks!
