What was Snowball's part in the Battle of the Cowshed?

Snowball is a hero at the Battle of the Cowshed, bravely leading the animals' defensive operations to decisive victory over Mr. Jones, who tries to retake the farm. After Snowball flees the farm, however, Napoleon and Squealer slowly distort this history.

hes the hero in the battle. he leads the animals to mr jones. he sends a series of sham attacks which makes the farmers think that theyre going to win the battle. but the farmers end up running away. when snowball ran away, they  destroyed everything he had done and made it look like hes the one who was the traitor and was on the human side.
