Minh fixed a rusty spot on his car. First, he sanded off all of the old red rust. Then he sprayed the sanded spot with grey primer to keep the rust from starting again. Next, he sprayed the spot with a final coat of blue paint so that it would match the rest of his car. Finally, he buffed and
