Explanation:

1. Tybalt is upset because he sees Romeo (a montague) at the party and his family (the Capulets) is an enemy to the Montague and vice versa.

2. Tybalt recognizes Romeo's voice and knows that there is a montague among them.

3. He tells a servant to fetch his rapier (fancy sword-like weapon) and he's ready to get Romeo and throw him out of the party.

4. Lord Capulet attempts to calm Tybalt down but is really unsuccessful. He doesn't want Romeo to be at the party and thinks that he's there to spite them, although, Romeo is now allowed to stay at the party since Lord Capulet identifies Romeo as a well-meaning young man.

5. Romeo finds out Juliet's name from the nurse explaining who Juliet's mother is to Romeo. Juliet asks her nurse to find out who Romeo is and the nurse finds out Romeo is a montague and passes this information along to Juliet, but this does not make the characters love each other any less.

6. He's referring to Juliet's hand. (it's a symbol. Romeo often speaks like this comparing juliet to the light, sun, a dove, etc.) He further calls his hand the "unworthiest" hand implying that he believes that he is not good enough for Juliet.
