Can someone help me with these questions please? I don't understand.

Well to be completely honest these are about your own thoughts and feeling i cant tell you haw to feel or think but maybe give you some examples

1. you could be like as i was walking as slow as a "turtle" in (where you are) i felt as if i could walk forever, and was thinking of all my family members who would wonder what i was doing, or like i felt cold because my window was open, or like i felt all the sensations inside and out from the soft carpet on y toes, my hair rubbing on my back you know etc.

2. while i was curled in my "shell" i used my blankey because it was most similar and i felt rally warm kinda wanted to fall asleep from a long day at school then i remembered that i was doing it for an assignment and made me a little stressed so got up and went to write about it.

3. other ways i can cope with my feelings and thoughts is meditations, speaking with friends, writing about them.etc
