Dear brother, please do not eat junk food because it is harmful to your body. All though junk food may taste good it is very unhealthy for you for many reasons, here are a few. To begin with, it contains a lot of unhealthy oils. Second off, it can also be processed food which isn't good for you. Last but not least, it can give you heart burn, and that is why you do not head junk food.

Junk food are tasty and attractive, but you should always keep in mind that what it can end up to. They can harm the growth of your body, can reduce the immune system, can make you fall sick or can make you weak. So please avoid eating such food so as to lead a healthy life.
