Do any of the teenagers on here want homework if not me come up with a declaration of rights for teenagers

here is a copy of the declaration i have so far, if any adults are on here you can me edit it if you want

the declaration of the rights of teenagers
prologue:
we the teenagers from the high school in kimball, want more rights in what the school can do and must bring forth any new rules to be examined by the teenagers in the high school. we want to be able to learn freely without having so many rules. in high school we are here to learn not be restricted to rules because the adults want us to be ‘controlled.’

1.)the dress code shouldn’t be restricted. teenagers should be able to express themselves in the clothes they feel comfortable in. girls or boys clothing isn’t a real distraction. teenagers shouldn’t be taught to be scared of wearing clothes because it distracts the other gender or same gender from learning.
2.)teenagers need to have later school times due to the mixed up sleeping schedules. teenagers have a harder time getting to sleep at a regular time. this is due to
3.)no regulation in foods for schools
4.)able to have food in classrooms
5.)everyone is treated the same no excuses
6.)have a no tolerance for d’s or f’s
7.)no more homework
