In this unit, we'll be considering what it means for a leader to "govern fairly." What actions might a leader take to govern fairly? What actions would show a leader is governing unfairly? Think about hustorical leaders or leaders portrayed in books or movies you've enjoyed. Did these leaders govern larly? Why or why not?
