I do think teens should be allowed to do extreme sports. First, as a teen, young people/kids should begin a hazardous sport. They should learn how to play the sport as a kid so that in the future they do not regret something and that kids need to learn the meaning of teamwork and how to lose. If you want to be in the best physical condition possible, the wisest option is always extreme sports. They can also be a lot more fun as an added bonus than a regular workout routine. A prime example of skateboarding is that the average person burns as many as 500 calories per hour while riding his board.
