What are the similarities of a north and south pole of a magnet?

North Pole and South Pole are the most inhospitable and mysterious regions on Earth. From the outside, both are seen as a massive white layer of ice and snow in which it’s hard to live, but there are more differences than similarities between both poles. This would be one of the similarities, as no doubt both poles are the coldest places on Earth.
