July 30th 2020 morning around 10AM I was at suddenly sharp pain start in me heart I fell on the floor my coworkers called the ambulance, I didn't remember anything after my wife told me I had a aortic A dissection repair with tampons I was on Ventilator for 8 days after I had a very bad pneumonia August 16 2020 I discharged from the hospital (VGH) after few days I feel very depressed then starts getting panic attacks which was very worst one day my wife called the ambulance it felt like a heart attack I got very scared finally I got appointment with psychiatrist in surrey mental health doctor recommended me MIRTAZAPINE 15 MG 

which helps me for panic attacks but I still feel depressed in the morning and evening.
