The dialogue between two friends named John and Paul reads;

John: Hello, Paul

Paul: Hi, how was classes today?

John: Not so good.

Paul: What happened?

John: The school bus is here, lets sit together so I tell.

Paul: Okay, now tell me what happened.

John: Today while classes going on the teacher wanted to project a video online that explains the topic he was discussing. I felt excited about the video considering it had been over a year since we were shown a video.

Paul: Was the video interesting?

John: I wish I saw it. You know what? The teacher tried for over 30 minutes to play the video, then he said in a calm voice, "Sorry guys, our internet connection is not working at the moment, I thought the issue had been fixed by management."

Paul: I am not surprised, no wonder I cannot remember the last time we were shown a video too.

John: This is a very poor quality of education. How can the school management fail to provide this very important educational tool? Effective learning cannot take place in such an environment.

Paul: What can we do about this problem?

John: Can we really?

Paul: Yes! I think we can bring this issue to the attention of the school.

John: How?

Paul: By... Oh, I will be dropping off here. I tell you how tomorrow.

John: Yeah. Bye.
