Anya Kamenetz described in one of her article 'Screen Addiction Among Teens: Is There Such A Thing?' that nowadays teens are too much involved in their mobile phones and this has lead to crazy phone addiction in them.Further in the article she has explained treatment for such kind of addiction like therapy, which helps to decrease the craze for phone usage and there are also some mobile phone application which helps to analysis the usage of mobile phone and social media usage in phones. These kinds of application would automatically block the over used social media and helps to control the addiction. There are also some other methods to control the mobile phone addiction like family can help the young to control the addiction by involving them in day to day activities of family.
