(5)We went on a short hike into the canyon, and it was terrific to see the canyon walls up close. (6)At one point my sister pointed to the other side, and can you guess what we saw (7)There were people riding mules! (8)I asked the ranger about it! (9)She said this was a popular way to get to the bottom of the canyon.

(10)Everyone should think about visiting the Grand Canyon. (11)It is such a beautiful and interesting place. (12)I especially enjoyed looking at the rocks and learning about the history. (13)I hope we get to go back someday.
