Is Stealing my money?! I paid the yearly $25 dollars. Right after I paid, it began no longer working. Every question I ask turns up a 'We couldn't find any results to your question' box. No matter what question I ask I am given no results.

I try to contact them through the "Contact Us' button but am told that my email won't send.

I cannot find a single support phone number or alternate way to contact them.
Did I just get scammed? Very close to reporting this to my bank.

I'm sure it's just a lag. However, your account manager might be scamming you. Try using another email to contact them. If you have a bank account, you're probably not a minor. If they don't reply after a week or two, report it to your bank.

Since they have no service phone number, that does seem sketchy. This is a Polish-run company, so...
