As it turns out, happiness is less something you get, and more something you experience. Instead of getting, it seems to be a state that some have and some experience. Pick one of the following: Income, Health, Age, Gender, Parenthood, Intelligence, Attractiveness, Work, Religiosity, Genetics, or Friendship. In one cogent paragraph (no less than 400 words), explain whether your chosen variable is a low, moderate, or high predictor of happiness. This should be empirically (research) based. Are people with children more likely to be happy than those without? Is age a good predictor of happiness? Pick the variable that interests you. Some of the research might surprise you!

well stockyards mean a large yard containing pens and sheds, typically adjacent to a slaughterhouse, in which livestock is kept and sorted. and i'm assuming that by party you   mean a large group of people which does make sense because chicago is a very crowded place much like new york. stockyards tend to take up a lot of room due to needing the area for pens to keep animals in and the fact that stockyards are usually right by slaughterhouse where they process and distribute the product. so its much like a zoo but with some dead animal products close by.
