Well, in my own words, stress is a strong feeeling of emotional discomfort.

Explanation: It can come from any event that makes you frustrated, angry, or nervous. Stress is your body’s reaction to a challenge, demand, or a struggle. You should try avoiding stress by taking in deep breaths whenever you’re stressing or by doing mental and physical exercise.
