I say the importance of learning to "agree to disagree" is to cause less arguments and to not have a negative mind set.

Explanation:

Many people in groups have this problems because of them not agreeing with you. This can cause many arguments in life. But to agree to disagree you are saying that you like it that way but you are giving feedback. Instead of accepting that it’s not about right vs wrong, us vs them, agree to disagree can make us adopt a dismissive behavior and ignore the decision.  Dismissing the decision will make us non-committal and refrain from providing the necessary support to make the project successful. It can even make us secretly wish that the project fails so that we can go back and tell everyone “I told you so.” But that not the right way to handle things like this so that's why its important to learn " agree and disagree".

in this life now all we need it knowledge. with knowledge we can do most things we dream about. it comes in handy with our daily life and jobs. without learning we would be lost and confused of what somethings are. but sense we have learning we can anything, figure out difficult things in life,  help other people, and be better at our jobs and our life.
