At this point, what are the benefits of living in Jonas’ community?

The benefits in Jonas' society would be found in the care each person has for the other, the clear communication, and the safety found in the community itself. The lives of those living in the community are tranquil and well ordered, as each person is responsible for a job which benefits the whole. All people are treated in the same way and valued for their positions no competition results in peaceful harmony among the community's residents.
