Zhang got an email. It said it was from Apple. The email said there were charges to her account. Her name was spelt two different ways. She could see the bill by clicking on a link. Zhang wasn't sure this email was real. What would you do? Why?

I would not trust this email. If Apple were to send an email telling me about charges to my account, they would not send me a link about it. A common scam is getting someone to click a link to figure out their ip address, download a virus, etc. Plus, big corporations’ emails to customers are usually computer generated. That means the computer would just take the name from my apple account and spell it correctly both times, so this email was probably typed by a human. Therefore, I would not trust this email because Apple wouldn’t send a link or spell my name incorrectly.
